- Naya Medicals receives instruction via email, fax or post.
- We then contact the client and introduce ourselves and discuss client’s availability, for the consultation.
- Thereafter an appointment is arranged with the appropriate expert in the clients’ locality.
- Confirmation of the appointment sent to the client and instructing solicitor.
- When appropriate, previous notes/investigation records should be made available to Naya Medicals before the appointment.
- The consultation will take place within two weeks of receipt of instruction letter, (urgent appointments can be requested).
- Prior to the consultation Naya Medicals will confirm attendance with the client and talk him/her through the consultation process and requirements.
- In our experience this minimises missed appointments and any confusion on the part of the client and prepares him/her for the examination.
- The report will be prepared and sent to the requesting firm, usually within a couple of working days of consultation.
- If further investigations are required, every effort will be made to ensure the shortest possible timelines are adhered to.
- If appropriate, coordination of additional treatment will be undertaken by Naya Medicals.
